  I had to select other flowers and had to make do with a rush job. No compensation offered on the day
  Phone call on Monday after I was told I would receive a floral arrangement sent to Add to dictionary again as the phone call was not from the owner of the business Would not recommend”

  I ordered a bouquet of "designer's choice"; roses from Bunch After Bunch, along with chocolates and a happy birthday balloon. I upgraded my order to deluxe and paid $150 for my sister's b'day.
  
  My sister received a bunch of boring cream coloured roses wrapped in green paper. No balloon and no chocolates. ”
